  • Influenza - Every year
  • Pneumonia - At least once,starting at age 65
  • Tetanus/diphtheria - Every 10 years after age 64, one booster should include whooping cough (pertussis)
  • Chicken pox - At least once, if you have never had it
  • Shingles - Once after age 60. It has come to our attention that this is           not covered by most provincial/territorial health insurance programs in Canada.
