Beware of SPIM

Now that we are well trained in the art of avoiding spam in our e-mail accounts, we should also now be wary of Instant Messages from unknown users when we are online. These messages are called "Spim," and have the potential to be as dangerous and do more damage than opening e-mail from an unknown source. If you don't know who is trying to strike up a conversation with you when you are online, BLOCK and IGNORE the message.
