CSA Appoints Quebec Director

The Canadian Snowbird Association (CSA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Roland Belanger of Gatineau, Quebec to the position of director-at-large for the province of Quebec.

Roland and his wife Carmelle have been active snowbirds since 1989, enjoying the hospitality of Pompano Beach during the winter months. They are the parents of five children, grandparents of 12 and great-grandparents of one child.

Roland is retired from a 35-year career with Canadian Pacific Forest Products in Gatineau, Quebec. He is an avid golfer and belongs to a computer club in Florida.

The CSA welcomes Roland and Carmelle and looks forward to a long and rewarding friendship.
