The Bank of Nova Scotia-managed CSA Currency Exchange Program is a convenient and cost-effective way to exchange your Canadian dollars for U.S. dollars at an exclusive, preferred rate. It transfers funds automatically and continuously from any Canadian financial institution to any U.S.-based financial institution every month, whether you are at home or abroad.

The following fees will be charged separately to your Canadian account: a one-time enrolment fee of $5 in the month of your first transfer, and $5 each month a transfer is made.

Fill out the Currency Exchange Application, attach voided cheques from both your Canadian and American accounts and mail everything to the CSA. Please note: both your Canadian and U.S. accounts must be chequing accounts.
