We're late! Our spring issue just did not get together in time for a reasonable publication date, and we've decided to put out three issues of CSA News before the end of this year, to make up for our tardiness. A great deal of our time has been spent in launching the new CSA Web site, which is now accessible to everyone on the World Wide Web at address www.snowbirds.org. You will find more information about its concept and launch a little later on in this issue, at CSA Online. Please send us your comments and suggestions (other than that the print is too small, which we are fixing now), and also let us know of any sites you have seen which may be of interest to our readers.

Of particular interest to many of you will be Bill Leeder's column on the demise of the U.S. publication, Canada News. Several of our members had prepaid for last year's subscription, and are owed refunds for papers that were never issued. We have been in contact with the owners, who still assure us that refunds will be forthcoming. We will keep you posted of any developments in our September and Christmas issues.
