In the following pages you'll find a brief overview of each hotel chain, including the information needed to ensure that you receive the optimum discount available comparable to, or even better than, those offered to members of AAA and AARP. We've also made it easy for you to have visitors during your winter in the south as long as you make the reservations for them, your guests are eligible for the same rates that we've negotiated for you.
On all of your journeys, please be sure to patronize these fine establishments - our members have told us that they wanted a hotel program and this is just the beginning.
We listened when you told us that having a passport-sized hotel directory to take with you "on the road" would make our preferred hotel program easier to use. We've designed the directory with convenience in mind...please be sure to carry it in your shirt pocket, purse or glove compartment when you head south this winter!Call the hotel property in which you are interested, or that hotel chain's toll-free 800 reservation number before you leave. If you enjoy the convenience of the Internet, make your reservation online in advance of your arrival. Either way, be sure to have your directory handy so you can refer to that hotel's advertisement to confirm that you get the best possible rate.
If you haven't made an advance reservation, simply bring the guide with you when you arrive at the registration counter, and inquire about room availability and rates.
