Listen to Your Heart!
A disturbing statistic on heart attacks is that a very high percentage of people ignore the early warning signs and suffer far more severe damage to their internal systems than necessary. If you notice any symptoms that could be related to your heart such as chest discomfort, pain or discomfort in one or both arms, shortness of breath or breaking into a cold sweat, get to an emergency room immediately!
Do not wait to make a doctor's appointment.

Don't be Fooled by Imitations!
There have been several organizations attempting to take advantage of our SNOWBIRD name. Please be advised that the CANADIAN SNOWBIRD ASSOCIATION has not sold its mailing list to any organizations (and never will), nor has it endorsed any products or services that make out-going calls or solicitations.
If you feel uncertain or wary of any solicitations you receive, Just Say No! Your first instincts are usually your best.
