WINTER BREAK IN LAUGHLIN, NEVADA

The second annual "Winter Break" event will take place on January 13 ­ 16, 2004 in Laughlin, NV. THE COST OF AN EXTENDED STAY

A study conducted by The Agency for Health Research found that post-operative infections known as sepsis extended hospital stays by 11 days on average and added $58,000 in costs in the US. A reopened wound cost 9.4 extra days and and $40,000 in extra charges.
