My husband and I will be returning as snowbirds to Arizona in November. I assume we will be issued I-94 forms for six months when we fly out of Toronto. In February, we plan to take a cruise to Mexico for a week.

We checked our travel history on the U.S. internet site and it shows that our latest trip was on Jan 11, 2025. So, we do not have to complete an I-94 when we drive down in October, correct?

When I entered my passport number, the site told me I have no information. My wife travels the same times and places and she has a valid I-94 and history. I did have a renewed passport in August 2024. What can I do to obtain my I-94?

CSA Member Advisory – Effective April 11, 2025, all Canadian visitors to the United States not issued an electronic Form I-94, who are fourteen years of age and older, will be required to register with the federal government when staying in the United States for 30 days or longer.

CSA Member Advisory – Beginning on January 8, 2025, Canadian travellers visiting or transiting through the United Kingdom will need to apply for an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) prior to their trip. Canadian travellers will be able to apply for an ETA starting on November 27, 2024.
