Men who eat dark fish are 57% less likely to develop aggressive prostate cancer than men who eat no fish at all. Omega-3 fatty acids are abundant in fish and particularly in dark fish such as salmon, mackerel and bluefish. These fatty acids have been found to help prevent the onset of aggressive prostate cancer and provide an even greater benefit to men genetically predisposed to contracting the disease.
