Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre Introduces New

In June 2011, the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre added a new "Bulletins" section on their website to keep Canadians informed about new scams to which they may become victim.

Fraud artists use many different methods to target their victims; these may include loneliness, compassion for a friend or relative in need or danger, enticing vacations and more.

Make sure that you're not a target! Visit to keep track of the newest scams.

The Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre (formerly known as PhoneBusters National Call Centre) was established in January 1993 and is jointly operated by the Ontario Provincial Police, Royal Canadian Mounted Police and the Competition Bureau.
