I applaud Ross Quigley’s editorial extolling the virtues of the N95 mask to combat the smoke and residue spewing from forest fires. Do we need POAs for each other regarding the ownership of our property in Florida? I had heard that, if one spouse becomes incapacitated, the other spouse may not be able to sell the property even though the title is in both of our names. Is this true?
