My I94 indicates that we can stay until June, but the rolling year puts us at ‘over by five days’ in February 2023 for the 8840. Why the discrepancy? Which should I use? Anyone got any insights?

In addition to where we winter, we also have a U.S. rental property and have been filing 8840 and 1040-NR each year. The CPA charges $300 to file just the two 8840s….
