• $29 bare plan (new activations only): For non-travellers, like a family member needing minimal data—unlimited Canada-wide calling, texting, and 10GB of data.
• $35 plan (CSA members only): For non-travellers needing more data and a new phone—exclusive to CSA members with extra flexibility at home. This plan includes a $0 financed device.
• $50 plan: For travellers to the U.S. & Mexico —includes travel coverage to keep you connected.
• $75 Roaming +64 country premium plan: For frequent travellers—unlimited talk, text, data, long-distance calling, and roaming in 64 countries.

Is this offer available to NEW and existing Rogers Wireless customers?

Yes, absolutely! Both new and existing Rogers Wireless customers can enjoy our exclusive Rogers Preferred Program (RPP) discounts, including the NEW $50/mo CSA Wireless Member Benefit, tailored for Snowbirds. Most options, including plan changes, upgrades, and new activations, are available to all customers.

NOTE:
Existing customer must have been with Rogers for more than 6 months.
Our $29 10GB promotional BYOD plan is only for new activations, not plan changes.

What is a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) plan versus financing?

• A Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) plan is for Customers who are currently on another carrier switching to Rogers, but would like to keep their existing phone. In this scenario, the Member may opt to only pay for a service plan—like our $29 starter plan (new activations only) with 10GB of data and unlimited Canada-wide calling and texting.

• Device Financing allows you to get a new phone by spreading the cost over 24 months at 0% interest, added to your bill—phones are often discounted with financing.

• While there’s no contract on the plan, financing amortizes the phone over 2 years, so if you leave early, you’ll need to pay off the remaining balance.

Am I locked into a contract?

No, you’re not locked into your plan! Our Rogers plans have no contract, so you can change or cancel anytime without penalties. If you’ve chosen financing for your phone, you’ll need to pay off the remaining balance if you leave early, as the phone cost is amortized over 24 months.

Can I change my plan without getting a new phone?

Yes, you can easily switch to a new Rogers plan, like our Roaming +64 country premium plan, without needing a new phone. The only plan not available for plan changes is our $29 10GB BYOD plan. If you are an existing Rogers Customer, please reach out to our support team to ensure you are not in an existing contract or term.

Can I trade in my old phone?

Yes, you can trade in your old phone through Rogers’ trade-in program to get credit toward a new device or bill savings—perfect if you’re eyeing a new phone with our CSA-exclusive $50/mo plan or another option. If you’d like to trade in your phone, simply contact a member of our team and we will provide a trade in quote.

What are my device financing options?

• Financing lets you get a new phone by spreading the cost over 24 months at 0% interest, added to your bill. At the end of the term, you have paid off the device and it is yours to keep. Phones are often discounted with financing.

• Save and Return gives you an even bigger upfront discount on your phone; after 24 months, you can return it to Rogers or pay a final amount to keep it. Phones are often discounted with financing.

How do I order my phone?

Ordering your phone is simple! Follow these steps:
• Visit order.fvwireless.com/Snowbirds.
• Shop by BYOD plan or Product if you want to finance a new device.
• Select financing or Save and Return to get your phone at a discounted price.
• Complete your order online—your phone will be shipped to you or ready for pickup at a Fraser Valley Wireless store.
