We are usually in the U.S. for fewer than 182 days. As long as we file the Form 8840, are we okay to stay in the U.S. for the extra 25 days, or should we shorten our trip?

We own a mobile home in Florida, but do not own the land (rented). Selling a mobile home is similar to selling a vehicle where we sign over title. Annually, we pay for a mobile home trailer licence just like a car…

My wife and I are thinking of selling our property in Florida and would like to know the steps in the process. I assume that we would go through a lawyer when it sells, but are there any U.S. taxes and/or fees which we would need to pay? We have heard conflicting stories from others who have sold. Thanks for clarifying this issue.

I went to the U.S. on Jan 14, 2021 and returned on July 1, 2021 (total 169 days) and I plan on going back to the U.S. on October 31 for another six months (end of April). Am I allowed to re-enter the U.S., since it would be considered more than 180 days total for 2021?
