From what I am reading, provincial health insurance in Saskatchewan is not valid if you have been out of the province for longer than four months. We are about to transition to retirement and are building a condo in Roatan, Honduras.

CSA Member Advisory – In August 2023, we notified members that Canadian citizens travelling to certain European countries will soon be required to obtain a permit known as a European Travel Information and Authorisation System (ETIAS) travel authorization.
